We sure do! We use a courier service who deliver Melbourne Metro between 10am-3pm Monday through to Saturday. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a delivery time but can keep you updated once your order has been picked up.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver outside of the Melbourne metro area. However, if you send us an email, we can provide you with recommendations for someone who may be able to help you.
Absolutely! All orders are picked up from our HQ in Coburg. We will attach a care card to your box which tells you how to transport your cake. Katielou’s cakes are not responsible for any damage to your items once you have collected it.
50% non refundable deposit is required to book in with the remaining due 14 days before your event. All this information is in T&C’s and your invoice.
Online shop products are usually 2-3 days and customs are 1-2 weeks but please bear in mind we can book out quickly as i am a one woman show. Allow yourself 3-6 months for wedding cakes.
